• Any form of trading that takes advantage of internet latencies, delayed prices, off-market/bad prices, or high volumes of transactions targeting tick fluctuations (rather than price movements), where trades are opened and closed very quickly.

Engaging in these prohibited practices will be considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have engaged in such practices, we may:

• Modify your account settings, including liquidity and spread, without prior notice
• Immediately terminate your account and access to our servers
• Nullify any trades related to prohibited practices, treating them as if they never occurred
• Close trades related to prohibited practices at our current market price
• Withhold any profits generated by these practices

Please note that we closely monitor all trading activity. If prohibited practices are detected, we may take action, including closing your account with immediate effect.
