MarketMates offers a new approach to prop trading built around simplicity, fairness, and proper risk management. Our challenges remove unnecessary complexity, hidden rules, and fee-driven structures that work against traders over time.

Whether you scalp, day trade, swing trade, or trade shares, each challenge follows the same core principles: no time limits, balance-based drawdown, clear risk rules, and realistic profit targets. This allows you to focus on execution and consistency rather than gaming challenge mechanics.

MarketMates offers both one and two-phase challenges. The table below shows only the one-phase version to keep it simple.

Full challenge terms and conditions are available here.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between one-phase and two-phase prop trading challenges?

A one-phase prop trading challenge requires traders to reach the profit target once while following the risk rules. A two-phase challenge is split into two stages, each with its own profit target and drawdown limits. One-phase challenges are typically more straightforward, while two-phase challenges may suit traders who prefer a more gradual evaluation process.

No. MarketMates challenges do not have time limits. Traders can progress at their own pace and focus on disciplined execution rather than trading against a deadline.

MarketMates uses balance-based drawdown rather than trailing drawdown. This means drawdown levels remain fixed based on account balance and do not move up as the account grows.

MarketMates supports scalping, day trading, swing trading, and share trading. Each challenge is structured to align with the typical holding periods and risk considerations of each trading style.

ScaleMate is a new type of challenge that is designed for traders who want to scale their account.

Traders will be instantly funded as then progress through 10 levels of funding as they hit predefined target targets.
